We truly had the most amazing week! I got this beautiful house for my husband’s 50th birthday for us and 9 of our friends. My husband and I have spent a lot of time in St John and were excited to share our favorite places with our friends, which we did a little bit, but LOVED the house so much we spent most of our time there. We can’t wait to go back! The whole process with VRBO, meeting the house man Bernard, and every minute of our stay went off without a hitch. Thank you to the owners of the house for letting us share their special slice of heaven!

If you’re looking for an awesome Villa to accommodate large groups...this is it! I wanted my friends & family to have a vacation of a lifetime by coming with us here. The drive from Cruz Bay up to this villa was maybe 20 minutes. Roads are in excellent condition. Get to the top & pull into Deja View...our jaws dropped. The photos on the web are definitely accurate. The view here is amazing. All beds were extremely comfortable. AC works great. Crosswinds made for great patio breezes. Fully stocked everything! We had 3 dishwashers, 2 full size refrigerators, 2 sets of washing machines for laundry. All utensils, dishes, pots, pans.... I mean everything. No damage from storms. Honestly it appeared most of the island is already recovering nicely. Don’t hesitate. Book this before their rates go up! We will absolutely be back here again!

SPECTACULAR!! This house is absolutely gorgeous set way up at the top of the hill. Secluded and private. We had a group of 18 (9 adults and 9 children ranging from age 10 to 20. The bunk room was great as all the kids were able to sleep there. The adults each had their on room and bath. The outside area was awesome, we never even used the dining room. The decorative details and amenities were great. Beach chairs and towels for everyone. We were in the pool every day. Waking up in the morning and seeing the amazing views was magical. We even saw a double rainbow one day. The sunsets were also amazing. We truly did not want to leave. We had 1 little issue where the ice maker was leaking and called and someone was there within the hour to fix it. We would HIGHLY recommend this Villa.

"Best Home We've Ever Rented"

We rented this house as a group of ten (five couples). Based on the photos, we had high expectations, and the place did not disappoint. The accommodations were excellent. Beds extremely comfortable. Good hot water in the showers. Rooms immaculately clean. Breeze was fantastic in the evenings -- never even turned on the AC.

The kitchen was STOCKED with cookware, glassware, silverware, tupperware, wine openers, blenders, grilling utensils, etc. I've never seen so much kitchenware, and all in great condition. There was also plenty of plastic dishware for use around the pool. We used the outdoor kitchen to cook most of our meals. The grill also has two gas burners for cooking. We could do everything outside while enjoying the view. The ice maker kept up with our needs.

The pool and spa were also very clean. I'm a bit of a pool and spa snob -- often feeling as though places such as these do not keep them up to my standard. The pool and spa could not have been cleaner. There are very few things as relaxing as sitting in a hot tub, 100 stories up from the water, watching the sun go down with a drink in hand. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and in great condition, with more seating available than we had people there to use it.

There was plenty in the sun for those who wanted it, and plenty in shady areas with comfortable lounge furniture as well. For trips to the beach, the house is stocked with about ten beach chairs, multiple coolers, and a plethora of beach towels. You did have to drive to the beaches, but it was so worth it for the view. I'm estimating about a 5 minute drive to Cruz Bay and another 5 to Hawksnest, Caneel, and Trunk. Except to go to the beach, however, there was no reason to leave!

I'd definitely recommend renting a car if you're staying here -- we did call for a taxi into town one night when we we're going to be drinking enough to not be driving. It would be less than convenient to do this all the time. If you're avid ping pong players, bring some extra balls, otherwise you'll be searching for them on the hillside behind the house. Hitting the balls with some pace puts them at risk of going through the railings and over the edge.

We had a couple little issues come up while we were there which were remedied very quickly with a call to the concierge. No complaints there. Already working on the location for 2017 and quickly realized that Deja View is going to be hard to beat! Recommend highly!!!

Alone Space: check ( 5 BRs with Kings, several separated sitting areas)

Table big enough for 15 plus: check

Separate quarters for the kiddos: check (the best bunk room I have ever seen)
